When you make a purchase

So that we can fulfil your order, we collect and process your name and address when you make an order on the site. We do NOT store full credit card numbers on this website at all. Only the last four digits of your card are ever visible to us.

Once an order is placed we will either ship the items/provide the service you ordered or issue a refund if there is a problem with the order. We cannot charge your card again unless you submit a new order.

So that we can fulfil your order, a copy of your purchase receipt (containing your name, delivery and billing address and details of the items you ordered) is e-mailed to us when you make a purchase through the site and this information is kept on-file for accounting and tax purposes. Under UK law we must keep records of where our orders where shipped to for a period of six (6) years to prove that VAT was applied correctly.

We may use cookies to help you personalize your online experience. We may serve third party advertisements that use cookies and web beacons in the course of ads being served on our web site. No personally identifiable information you give us is provided to them for cookie or web beacon use, so they cannot personally identify you with that information on our web site.

Browsers can be set to accept or reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent. Privacy software can be used to override web beacons. Taking either of these actions shouldn’t cause a problem with our site.
